ENFORMITY is the central database for all your contracts: from the main agreement to the last amendment, with every contract party, contact person and document in one place.
Each contract is captured in a clear editor with master data, financials, risks, documents, relations, parties and a complete change log. Which fields you use, and which values are available in drop-down lists, is configured per organisation.
Typical documents range from contracts, appendices and annexes to amendments, addenda, SLAs and OLAs, cost-sharing agreements, side letters and accession deeds.
Real contract portfolios are not flat lists. ENFORMITY links a main contract with its sub-contracts and records which document amends, replaces or references another. Whole contract groups can be moved or merged when structures change.
The validity view shows a contract group as an interactive timeline with active and expired documents. A relationship graph connects contracts, contract parties and contact persons.
Contract parties are managed once and linked to any number of contracts, each with its role: principal, provider, processor, contractor, landlord, tenant and more. ENFORMITY checks company data against the EU VAT register (VIES), the global LEI register (GLEIF) and the Austrian company register, and can keep master data up to date automatically.
Contact persons have roles such as contract owner, outsourcing manager or signatory, with start and end dates. When someone changes jobs, a successor takes over all roles in one step.
Saved contract lists combine filter conditions with the columns you need. From any selection you can change values, reassign parties or contact persons, add or remove tags and move contracts in bulk, and export the result to Excel or CSV, including parties and contact persons.
Documents are uploaded individually or in bulk and viewed directly in the browser. New contracts can also arrive by email in your organisation's document inbox.
