Receive

  • Drag and drop one or many files into the document inbox
  • Or forward contracts by email to your organisation's inbox address, with a sender whitelist
  • PDFs, scans and photos are supported
STEP 2

Analyse

  • All contract parties with role, address, company number and VAT ID
  • Contact persons with role, email and phone
  • Title, document type, contract number, language, summary, signing status and validity dates
  • Classifications such as outsourcing, DORA category, cloud, intragroup and tax flags
STEP 3

Validate and confirm

  • Partners are matched with existing parties and checked against VIES and the company register
  • You see a proposal with its validation status
  • Create a new contract or sub-contract, or attach the file to an existing one

Your fields, your value lists.

The AI does not invent its own data model. It fills exactly the fields your organisation has marked for AI extraction, and only with values from your own drop-down lists. You choose between a quick extraction of title, summary, start date and business partner, or the extraction of all available metadata fields.

New contract parties and contact persons can be created automatically, or matched with those already in your database.

Cloud or local: you decide where the AI runs.

ENFORMITY offers two AI options: a cloud-based model or local AI models that are operated in the EU in compliance with the GDPR. Each organisation selects its model in the settings. With a local model, your contracts never leave the EU for the analysis.

In both cases your contracts and data are not used to train or improve the AI models. Organisations can also use their own model key.

AI analysis is part of the Professional and Enterprise packages.
