Regulatory update 2025 / 2026

ENFORMITY integrates the new EBA outsourcing guidelines.

ENFORMITY maps the new Guidelines on the sound management of third-party risk, which replace the 2019 EBA Outsourcing Guidelines (EBA/GL/2019/02).

The same structure works for every organisation that relies on service providers: contracts, dependencies and risks are documented across their full lifecycle, and ICT services are handled in line with DORA wherever it applies.
